A gently sloping driveway leads to a level but elevated building site with an opportunity for a walk-out basement. Carson Lake and surrounding hills are visible to the north. Down the slope from the building site are large boulders and sugar maple trees. Carson Lake Provincial Park is a short distance to the east along the highway.
